Our Site allows you to request or book appointments through a third-party scheduling tool. Submitting a scheduling request does not guarantee an appointment will be confirmed. We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or cancel appointments at our discretion. Billing and payment for any services rendered are handled separately and are not processed through the Site.
